The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the costs has been imposed on the applicant due to non-appearance by the Trial Court. It is also contended that the mother of the applicant died recently therefore, she may not be able to attend the proceedings at Morshi, Dist. Amravati.

Though the service of notice on the nonapplicant is awaited, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, there shall be stay to the proceedings bearing PWDVA Case No. 1/2021 pending on the file of CJJD & JMFC, Morshi, Dist. Amravati till the returnable date.
