In the first session, when this matter was called out, nobody appeared on behalf of petitioner and the same was kept back. In the second session at 02:30 p.m., the matter is again called out, but nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner.

The petition was filed on 10.02.2022 and the petition was not circulated for long time. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present petition. 4.

In view of that, list the petition under the caption "For dismissal" on 09.03.2026."
