Respondent No.3 Laxminarayan Agrawal is present before the Panel through video conferencing. The contents in the terms agreemen tare read over and explained to respondent No.3 Laxminarayan Agrawal. He admits the contents therein. He further submits that he has authorized his Advocate Shri Gaurav Belsare to sign the settlement agreement. This statement is taken on record. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, award is passed.
