DATED : 10th MARCH, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 310 OF 2025 The applicant moved this application for a grant of early hearing, as the petitioner has undergone heart surgery and needs money for the treatment. However, we do not find substance in the reasons stated in the application, as other old matters are pending for final hearing. Hence, we are not inclined to grant the relief as prayed. As such, the application is rejected.

It is contended that the petitioner superannuated in 2012, and his caste claim was invalidated in 2016. Therefore, it is contended that his case is covered by the decision in Hemant Langhe and urged accordingly. Thus, the learned AGP and Counsel for the respondents are requested to go through the judgment in 'Hemant Langhe' and the facts of the case and make a statement in that regard on the next date, as the issue in the application/petition is covered by the above-said decision.
