15th OCTOBER, 2025 The learned counsel for the applicants / petitioners have moved an application for speaking to minutes wherein he has sought necessary corrections in the order dated 24.09.2025. The order dated 24.09.2024 stands corrected in the following terms. "i.

Petitioners have filed Civil Application (CAO) No. 398/2025 for condonation of delay caused in filing an application for setting aside abatement and for bringing L.Rs of respondent No.14 on record. They have also filed Civil Application (CAW) No. 906/2025 for setting aside abatement and for bringing L.Rs. Of respondent No.14 on record.

Since nobody is appearing for L.Rs. Of respondent No.14, hence, Issue notice to them, returnable on 01.12.2025.

The petitioners have also filed Civil Application (CAO) No. 2622/2024 for condonation of delay caused in filing an application for setting aside abatement and for bringing L.Rs of respondent No.15 on record. There is delay of 58 days in filing application for setting aside abatement and 117 days delay in bringing L.Rs of deceased respondent No.15 on record.

They have also filed Civil Application (CAW) No. 2621/2024 for setting aside abatement and for bringing L.Rs of respondent No.15 on record.

Since the L.Rs of respondent No.15 are represented by counsel, therefore, both applications i.e. CAO No. 2622/2024 and CAW No. 2621/2024 are allowed."

Necessary amendment be carried out within four weeks.
