This is an application for early hearing. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Writ Petition No.7995/2018:

The petitioner is seeking direction against respondent Nos.1 and 2 to determine the amount of compensation towards acquisition of the plot belonging to the petitioner.

Mr. Puranik, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 has invited our attention to the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.2, wherein the respondent has directed the petitioner to remove encroachment allegedly made by her on the plot affected by the reservation of Development Plan Road alignment.

Thus, it appears that the petitioner had made certain construction on the proposed Development Plan Road. It is, however, not clear, whether the plot under question has been acquired for construction of
