It is stated in the application that the aforesaid petitioners don't want to contest the matter as they got employment in some other place.

Thus, the aforesaid petitioners want to delete their names from the array of petitioners.

Since, the application is formal in nature and is on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed.

The aforesaid petitioners are permitted to delete their names.
