This is an application filed by the appellant for amendment 3.

Having considered the proposed amendment and in the wake of the decision in the case of State of Maharashtra .vs. Sitaram Narayan Patil and another, reported at 2010 (2) All M.R. 508 wherein, it has been observed that the application for amendment to claim enhanced compensation in reference can be allowed at appellate stage, the application is allowed.
