By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 49 days caused in filing the statutory appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay occurred on account of time consumed in seeking necessary approvals and permissions.

Having regard to the contentions of the civil application and submissions advanced, the same is allowed. Delay of 49 days caused in filing statutory appeal is hereby condoned.
