This is an application for condonation of delay of 87 days in filing the statutory appeal.

In response to the notice on this application, Advocate Mr. H.V. Dhage, appears for respondent No.1. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3-State.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the delay of 87 days occurred on account of completion of procedural formalities including some delay on account of lockdown due to Covid-19. He submits that the delay is unintentional.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed and the delay of 87 days in filing statutory appeal is condoned.
