The learned Advocate informs that now the Officer has received attachment warrant dated 28th February, 2024, and he prays for stay to the effect and execution of the Judgment and Order dated 22 nd April, 2021, passed in LAR. No. 981 of 2000, passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibag, At Mahad (Camp). 2.

There shall be stay to the impugned Judgment and Order subject to deposit of the entire amount of award along with interest till the date of depositing the amount in the Reference Court within 8 weeks. Shubham Talle 1/2
