It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that though he was placed under suspension by an order dated 20th October

Tauseef 35-WP.6129.2022.doc 2020, which was the subject matter of challenge before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. During pendency of the said proceedings, this suspension was revoked and by an order dated 20th April 2021, he was reinstated on a non-executive post. The Tribunal disposed of the Original Application by observing that the order of suspension had been revoked. The order dated 20th April 2021 is not on record. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was not served with the said order of revocation.

In the Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays that he be reinstated on his original executive post.

In view of aforesaid, the learned Additional Government Pleader to place on record the order dated 20th April 2021 by which the Petitioner's suspension has been revoked.
