The learned Advocate informs that now the Court has issued attachment warrant on 28th February, 2024, he makes statement on instructions that the Appellant is ready to deposit the amount as per the Award dated 22nd April, 2021 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division Alibag, At Mahad (CAMP), in LAR No. 981 of 2000, with interest. Subject to deposit of amount with interest within 8 weeks of the entire amount with the interest, by way of ad-interim relief, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause-A which reads thus:- A] Stay the effect and operation of Judgment & Decree dated 22.4.2021 passed by the Civil Judge S. D. Alibag, at Mahad (Camp) in LAR 981/2000 during the pendency of the instant appeal, and;
