The Respondent No.1 is present in the Court and it is submitted on behalf of him that he has signed the Consent Terms. 3.

It is submitted that the Appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.17,33,302/-. In view of the Consent Terms, the original Claimant is entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.16,33,302/- alongwith the accrued interest thereupon. The Appellant is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. The interest is accrued from 15th September, 2022. 4.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the Consent Terms signed between the parties, the First Appeal stands disposed of with no order as to costs. 6.

Amount of statutory deposit, if any, be transferred to the concerned MACT.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.
