The applicant seeks to be impleaded in the writ petition on the premise that in the proceedings before the Revenue Authorities, the applicant who was the complainant had been impleaded. Though the prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the original petitioner, we find that the petitioner can raise an objection to the contentions of the intervener on merits. Accordingly, the Intervention Application is allowed. The intervener be impleaded as respondent no.2. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week. The Interim Application is disposed of.
