2) Present Application filed by the Original Claimant seeking condonation of 142 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal. 3) Record indicates that the Respondent-MCGM is duly served but no appearance is filed.
4) Mr. Mendon, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that due to financial difficulties, the Applicant could not file the Appeal in time. The deceased was unmarried son of the Applicant. However, just compensation is denied to the Applicant.
5) The delay is not huge. The Applicant has not taken any advantage on account of the said delay. In view thereof and for the other reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 142 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal, is condoned.
