In view of the statement made by Ms.Trivedi that, the Applicant would deposit in the Tribunal the entire compensation amount alongwith accrued interest thereon till date, within a period of four weeks 1/2

2) If the amount is not deposited as aforesaid, this ad-interim stay shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to the Court.
