This application is for deleting the name of deceased respondent no. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that heirs of 2/4

deceased respondent no. 2 are already on record in different capacity. He submits that the particulars are stated in paragraph 2 of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out forthwith, in the Court.
