The only prayer in the application is to implead Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) by deleting Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority (PCNTDA) and also to implead Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) as necessary parties. 2.

Learned AGP has no objection for such impleadment. 3.

Having perused the averments as made in the application, we are of the opinion that the application is required to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Insofar as prayer clause (b) is concerned, we also permit the petitioner to implead PMRDA as party 26 September, 2024

Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. 5.
