The relief sought in the Interim Application is to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.9. 2.

Mr. Phatak, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, states that all the Respondents have been served, however, none appears for the Respondents.

Although, all the Respondents are served, however, Affidavit-inReply is not filed. Accordingly, what is stated in the Interim Application has remained uncontroverted.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C). Amendment be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today. Amended copy to be served on all the Respondents within 4 weeks thereafter. 5.
