It appears that in cross Writ Petition No.9722 of 2009, where the same person is Petitioner, his legal heirs are already permitted to be brought on record by order dated 12 August 2022. In that view of the matter, the Interim Application is allowed by permitting legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks. Interim Application is disposed of.
