Interim Application No.11351 of 2024 has been filed on 6th January, 2022 seeking restoration and also to bring on record legal heirs of Respondent No.3 who said to have passed away on 28th April, 2020. 3.

Today none appears for the Applicants.

Since this is coming up for the first time, it would be appropriate to stand over the matter to the next date, on which this Bench will be available i.e. on 13th September, 2024.
