This is an application for leave to file appeal challenging the order dated 25.03.2015 passed by Charity Commissioner, Maharashtra State Mumbai in Application No.7 of 2014. By the said impugned order passed under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950, contesting Respondents have been appointed as Trustees of the concerned Trust.

There is delay in filing the application for the condonation of which Interim Application (St.) No. 25938 of 2021 is filed, which is taken on board.

Learned counsel for contesting Respondents is opposing both Husen
