25-IA-38571-2025.DOCX 2.

With the assistance of the learned counsel appearing today and upon perusal of the Application, the Court proceeds to consider the same.

3.

The Application sets out in detail the reasons for seeking discharge of the said Advocate. The primary reason stated is that despite diligent efforts made by the Applicant to contact the Respondent through various modes of communication, there has been no response from the Respondent. Left with no alternative, the present Application has been filed as a last resort seeking discharge. It is also stated by the learned counsel appearing today that a copy of the said Application has been duly served upon the Respondent. 4.

Despite such service, none appears for the respondent, nor has any reply been filed by the Respondent.

5.

For reasons noted above, the Applicants have made out a sufficient case for permitting them to discharge themselves as Advocates for the said Respondent.

6.

Accordingly, Divya Shah & Associates, Advocates and Solicitors are hereby discharged forthwith from appearing for the said Respondent. In the interest of justice, it is clarified that a copy of this order shall be forthwith communicated to the said Respondent by the learned counsel appearing today.

7.

Interim Application is Allowed and Disposed of in the above terms.
