1. After hearing learned Counsel for the respective parties for some time, I suggested to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement so as to bring the entire dispute to a quietus. Learned Counsel for the respective parties submitted that the matter may be referred to mediation.

2. The parties have jointly suggested the name of Mr. Pradip V. Sawaikar, retired District Judge, to be appointed as the Mediator.

3. Accordingly, Mr. Pradip V. Sawaikar, retired District Judge, is 30th September, 2025

CRIA 14 of 2024 hereby appointed as the Mediator to assist the parties in resolving the dispute amicably. The Mediator is requested to convene a preliminary meeting with the parties at the earliest and to issue such further directions as may be necessary for the conduct of the mediation proceedings. Both parties to bear the mediation charges equally.
