The present appeal is filed under Section 387(4) of Cr.P.C., challenging the Judgment and order of acquittal passed by the Ld Judicial Magistrate First Class, "B" Court at Bicholim in Criminal Case No. 112/NIA/2018/B.

2. The matter was referred to mediation vide order dated 30.9.2025 for an amicable settlement between the parties. Pursuant thereto, the learned Mediator has submitted the Mediation Report dated 21.11.2025, stating that the parties have arrived at a full and final settlement of the disputes forming the subject matter of the present appeal.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and duly recorded by the Mediator, nothing further survives for adjudication in 1st December, 2025

CRIA 14 of 2024 the present appeal.

4. Accordingly, the Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement recorded in the Mediation Report. The Mediation Report shall form part of this order. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
