The present Suit is connected with Suit No. 406 of 2025. Hence, though office objections are raised by Ms. Swati Tari, Associate, Ms. Vidya Sawant, Associate is requested to re-visit the office objections with respect to pecuniary jurisdiction and report the compliance, on or before next date. In the event, the Suit is not within pecuniary jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court, Suit may be transferred to Bombay City Civil Court. Office to take follow up action.
