This Petition has been filed seeking appointment of the substitute arbitrator.

Since the Learned Arbitrator has resigned from the matter, the case for substituting the new Arbitrator has been made out. 3.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the earlier Arbitrator is hereby substituted by Mr. Viraj Parikh, a Learned Advocate of this Court, acting as the substitute Sole Arbitrator. The contact particulars are as under :- 519, Sir Vithaldas Chambers, Homi Mody Street, Mumbai.

The parties shall approach the Learned Sole Arbitrator for further instructions in the matter. The terms of appointment of the substituted Sole Arbitrator shall be the same as the earlier Arbitrator. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, this Petition is finally disposed of. ARBITRATION PETITION NO.449 OF 2021 1.

This Petition is said to be a Petition under Section 9 of the Act, which does not fall within the roster of this Court. 2.

Liberty to move the Petition before the appropriate Bench. 3.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
