On 14th October 2025, after hearing the parties, I expressed my view that the ad-interim relief granted earlier ought not to be continued. However, while dictating the order, neither the soft copy nor the hard copy of the Reply was found on record. Accordingly, the matter was placed for directions on 17th October 2025, when the parties were informed about the status of the record.

The parties were thereafter permitted to file an additional copy of the Reply in the Registry on or before 10th November 2025.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, I had no option but to continue the ad-interim relief granted earlier until the next date.

The assignments have since changed, and therefore, the matter stands de-part heard.

Accordingly, the ad-interim relief, if any, shall continue until the next date.

6.

List the matter on 14th November 2025 before the Regular Bench.
