In Arbitration Application No.110 of 2024, by an Order dated February 12, 2025, an Arbitral Tribunal came to be appointed in connection with disputes and differences covered by this Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1997 ("the Act").

In Arbitration Petition (L) No.36766 of 2022, by an Order dated February 27, 2023, ad-interim reliefs had been granted by a Learned Single Judge of this Court.

Since the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted, the Section 9 Petition shall stand converted into proceedings under Section 17 of the by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

The interim reliefs granted on February 27, 2023 shall be treated as the temporary measures directed in disposal of the Section 9 Petition. It shall be open to the Arbitral Tribunal to revisit, vary, modify or alter the interim reliefs granted, upon appropriate cause being shown by the parties in the proceedings under Section 17 of the Act before the Arbitral Tribunal.

This Petition is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
