Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that although the copy of the Reply has been served upon him, the copy of the arbitration agreement has not been served. 4.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent seeks time to ascertain the correct position.

In view of the statement made by the Respondent's Advocate the Petitioner seeks leave to amend the Petition to bring the assignee on record subject to the Respondents informing the Petitioner the correct name and address of the assignee.
