Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the delay in the matter was already condoned by an order dated April 15, 2025 and the matter was scheduled to come up on June 17, 2025. However, he submits that the condonation appears to have been granted by this Court on account of a mis-statement made to this Court on behalf of the Petitioner. Liberty to point out the same when the matter is called out on June 17, 2025. Both the parties would be heard on that date.
