Learned Counsel for the Petitioner tenders draft amendments to effect a change in name of the Respondents since the loan portfolio with Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, which had taken over the assets of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited, is now transferred to JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited. Draft amendment is taken on record.

Liberty to carry out the amendments in terms of the draft handed in. Let service of the amended Petition be completed within a period of one week from today i.e. no later than April 9, 2025. The Petitioner shall file service affidavit to that effect. Re-verification is dispensed with since it is a nominal change in the name of entity which now hold the loan assets.
