The matter was heard substantially.

However, since during the course of arguments, the Court was informed that the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 are family members and the dispute in question pertains to a partnership firm and its assets. It was Mugdha
2 10-CARBP(L) 33385-23 @ ARBP 100-24.doc suggested to the Learned Counsel for both the parties, if they are willing to make an attempt to amicably resolve their disputes and differences before orders were passed in this matter. Both Learned Counsel, on instructions from their respective clients, who are present in Court today, submitted that their clients would be open to make an attempt to resolve their disputes and differences.

Since, Mr. Kamat, Learned Senior Counsel was present in the Court, the Court requested him if he would be able to act as a Mediator in this matter. He expressed his ability to do so. Hence, Learned Counsel for the parties are directed to approach Mr. Kamat for him to fix a schedule of mediation. The costs, charges and expenses of mediation shall be shared equally by the parties. th July 2024 under the caption 'for direction'. 4.
