After the matter was heard for sometime, Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnors undertakes that the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA") would be executed in respect of all the members no later than April 15, 2025. Likewise, he has instructions to submit that he would deposit the first installment of Rs.25 Lakhs by April 15, 2025, upon the Court indicating its mind, he has agreed that the first installment shall be in the sum of Rs.50 Lakhs and that shall be paid no later than April 14, 2025. With the aforesaid directions and to taking on board assurance to comply with the aforesaid directions, list on the Supplementary Board on April 15, 2025. On that date, it would be expected that the alleged contemnor would have made the aforesaid payments as well as executed all the outstanding PAAA with the respective members of the Society.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
