Having heard the parties for some time, it would be appropriate to direct that the execution of Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA") with all the members must be completed within a period of two weeks from today i.e. no later than June 30, 2025.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that the focus is now on completing the construction and handing over possession, which he indicates would be done within a period of eight weeks from now. According to him, all the members are serious about getting possession by a degree greater than that their desire to have their arrears paid. This needs to be corroborated for the Advocates for the members. 3.

Consequently, stand over to July 1, 2025. On that date, it would be expected that all the PAAA would be executed, and a confirmation would be provided to Court. Also an updated position on the payments made as on June 30, 2025 would be indicated to the Court. It must be remembered that the amounts referred to in the order dated April 15, 2025, were amounts due as of January 2023. It has been more than two and half years and therefore these numbers cannot remain static.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
