Ms. Bhavsar, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, for the reason that the parties have amicably settled their disputes.

Attention of this Court is invited to order dated 07.10.2025 passed in Execution Application No.1793 of 2024, wherein this Court (Coram: Abhay Ahuja, J.) recorded as follows:- "2.

When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, the learned counsel appearing in the matter submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement as under: (i) That Rs.13,07,000/- be allowed to be withdrawn by the Applicant/Claimant from the money lying with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court. (ii) Balance amount alongwith interest be returned to the Respondent.

(iii) The Respondent has also agreed to withdraw the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and MINAL SANDIP PARAB MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2025.11.14 16:53:21 +0530 1/2

(iv) The Prothonotary & Senior Master to act in terms of the aforesaid understanding and release the funds to the parties as above.

The parties having agreed to the above, the Interim Application stands disposed of.

The Execution Application also to accordingly stand disposed."
