1) Ms. Sangale, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of private service which is taken on record. The Affidavit indicates that the notice dispatched through RPAD is returned with the remark 'addressee left without instructions'. She invites my attention to the email dated 11 August 2025 by which the Respondent appears to have been served. None appears on behalf of the Respondent. 2) Since the Respondent is not found at the given address, it would be appropriate to direct service of notice on Respondent through paper publication.
3) Accordingly, the Applicant shall serve Respondent through notice published in local newspaper having wide circulation at Modipuram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Registry to issue notice for paper publication indicating the returnable date as 27 February 2026. After publication of notice, the Applicant to file Affidavit to that effect before the next date of hearing. List the petition for further consideration on 27 NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT February 2026.
