The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that only relief the Petitioner seeks is a direction upon the first Respondent to decide the Petitioner's representation for reduction of license fees for operation and management of Pay and Park. This reduction is sought on the ground that the operations were affected during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The first Respondent filed a reply disputing the Petitioner's case.

Without accepting any of the rival contentions, we direct the first Respondent (Mumbai Port Trust) to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 15th March, 2021 (Exh.L to the Petition) as expeditiously as possible and in any event within three months of the communication of this order.

The Petitioner to communicate this order to the first Respondent since neither any representative of the first Respondent nor their advocate are present today.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order on costs.
