The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Airports Authority of India ("AAI") has also been duly served of this application. On the next date, the AAI must apprise us of the status of the application made by the 4th Respondent seeking their No Objection Certificate ("NOC").

Until then, the Provisional Occupancy Certificate granted shall stand extended.
