2) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3) The concerned Registrar/Officer of this Court is directed to refund the amount of Rs.49,62,610/- deposited by the Petitioner in this Court, without interest accrued thereon, without any excuse, within a period of seven working days from the date of production of present Order before it.
