Today, both the disposed of matters are taken on board by way of praecipes moved on behalf of the Petitioners. They seek modification in the orders dated 9th February 2026. Whereas, learned AGP also seeks extension of time to comply with the orders. 2.
The errors occurred in the orders can be corrected. Hence, the orders dated 9th February 2026 passed in two Petitions be modified as below:- (a) In direction No.(iii) of paragraph 15 of order passed in Writ Petition No.918 of 2024, instead of amount of Rs.69,82,000/- (Rupees Sixty Nine Lakh Eighty Two Thousand), it be corrected as Rs.76,05,350/- (Rupees 2/3
Seventy Six Lakh Five Thousand Three Hundred Fifty) which is already referred in paragraph No.3.
(b) In direction No.(v) of both the orders, after the words "at the rate of 6%", the words "from the date of application made for refund of stamp duty" be added.
(c) In direction No.(v), 'instead of 2 months', it be modified as '3 months'.

Necessary modification be made and orders be uploaded accordingly.
