In view of the request made by way of this praecipe, let the following modifications be made in the operative order of both the judgments:- (i) The portion appearing in clause No.(v) of judgment in Writ Petition No.918 of 2024 viz. "and if it is not paid within that period" be deleted. After the words "at the rate of 6%", the words "per annum from 6th December 2019 i.e." be added. (ii) The portion appearing in clause No.(v) of judgment in Writ Petition No.916 of 2024 viz. "and if it is not paid within that period" be deleted. After the words "at the rate of 6%", the words "per annum from 24th September 2019 i.e." be added. 2.
The modified order be uploaded accordingly.
