The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:- "a) pass a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, directing the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulating Authority, Mumbai, to conduct the legal proceedings, and expeditiously dispose off the complaint by granting necessary reliefs to the Petitioners in Complaint No. CC006000000198309 and CC0060000001498308 filed before Respondent No.1;"
