After this matter was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedies as may be available under the law.

Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

All contentions of all parties are however left open since we have not examined them on merits.

Mr. Sonpal, the learned Counsel for the Respondents, states that the Respondent No. 1 will, without prejudice, furnish the Petitioner copies of the assessment order and demand notice for the relevant period within four weeks of the Petitioner applying for the same.

The Respondent No. 2 - Co-operative Society is free to pursue its demands with regard to Society maintenance charges etc.

7.

The Interim Application is also disposed of.
