The above Writ Petition is filed inter alia seeking Writ of Mandamus against the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulating Authority, Mumbai to dispose of complaint No.CC006000000193444 filed by the Petitioners in a time bound manner.

Since this is the only limited relief pressed for in the above Writ Petition, we dispose of the Writ Petition by requesting the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulating Authority, Mumbai to hear and dispose of the aforesaid JUNE 25, 2024 S.R.JOSHI

We have passed these directions because the complaint filed by the Petitioners has been pending since the year 2021. 4.

The above Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
