This petition is filed by the guarantors challenging the Deposit Attachment Order dated 26th August, 2022, passed by the Learned Recovery Officer, Central Registrar Co-op. Societies. 2.

Today when the matter was called out, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that all amounts as claimed from the guarantors have been duly paid and a No-Dues Certificate has been issued by the Respondent Bank. The Deposit Attachment Order dated 26th August, 2022 by which the bank account of the Petitioners had been attached, have also since been released, as seen from the confirmation dated 1st February, 2024.

The No-Dues Certificate and the release of attachment issued by Respondent No.1-Bank tendered by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners are taken on record.

Since nothing further survives in the Petition, the Petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
