CORAM
M.S. Sonak & Kamal Khata, JJ.
DATED:
PC:- 1.
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties.
2.
Leave is granted to amend the prayer clause in WP No 1060/2024 to include the challenge to notification dated 30 June 2020. The amendment will be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with.
3.
The entire petition was argued based on the premise that the acquisition under section 14 was challenged. There is a challenge to the Order dated 30 August 2019, which turned out to be the report that recommended acquisition. Upon this omission being pointed out by Mr. Amogh Singh, learned Counsel for Respondent No. 8,
Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, sought leave to amend.
4.
The notification dated 30 June 2020 is already challenged in the companion writ petition argued with this petition. Therefore, the formal amendment was not objected to.
5.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents stated that they do not require any further time or pleadings because of the above amendment.
6.
Heard arguments. Reserved for Orders.
