However, we find that the main reliefs in this petition is for writ of mandamus to dispose of the proceedings before third respondent within the time bound manner. 3.

Normally, we do not issue directions for time bound disposal because we are not aware of the position of pendency before the authorities. However, since it is pointed out that the matters are pending for considerable time but now posted for hearing on 17 December 2025, we request the respondent
