A substantial remedy of filing an Appeal under Section 35 of the Slum Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, is available against the order challenged in this Petition.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file an Appeal before the AGRC (Apex Grievance Redressal Committee).

Time spent in prosecuting this Petition is bonafide and hence the question of delay in filing an Appeal before the AGRC be considered sympathetically.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we are inclined to accede to the request to decide the Appeal expeditiously if the same is filed within a period of two weeks from today. We have not examined the Petition on merits of the rival contentions. All rights and contentions of parties are kept open. 5.
Writ Petition is disposed of. In view of the disposal of Writ Petition, pending Interim Application, if any, stands disposed of.
